I promised to study harder this semester... instead I am doing more productions and projects than usual. Perhaps I have become more confident in multi-tasking even more things?
What I am coping with now:
Cinderella musical (in Chinese, yes Chinese!) for Arts Theatre - composing and arranging
My One Night Stand (based on the book of Esther) for Calvary Assembly of God (basically working with the Lau Mafia again yay!) - arranging music
Soracco's Debut CD Recording - arranging and supervising recording for some of the songs
Soracco's Vesak Show "Passage of Time" - writing, arranging, supervising
Besides that I still find time to pop down to NUS once in a while to experience student life and to masquerade being a student!
Some new skills I realise I have acquired:
I can last longer into the night and sleep less.
I read faster than before.
I can sequence music faster than before: for a very familiar song (Ehipassiko, for the Buddhist Fellowship folks) I took about one and a half hour to sequence the minus one for the studio recording, from input of music to mixdown.
But my drinking habit has been caffeinated drinks - tea and coffee... of course water too. I rarely drink coke except at fast food restaurants where the drink comes in a set. Morning I wake up - coffee; go to school, lunch - coffee; afternoon class (after 3) - either coffee or tea, depending on my mood; evening dinner either coffee or Indian teh halial (ginger tea, if I'm eating Indian Muslim Mee Goreng which is my perennial favourite); night supper (on the way home after working late and expecting to work later into the night): coffee or teh halial.
No I don't like my caffeinated drinks with milk. Sugar will suffice. Keep the real brew as strong as possible.
