Letters Home - 2nd rehearsal
Channel NewsAsia comes to film us today. We have to dress up in our performance clothes. They will film part of the acting, and then interview Peggy and Chieng Mun. Shall try my best to forget that there is a camera there - I get that yucky feeling that someone is scrutinising me. Talk about Big Brother is Watching You.
My first time being in the rehearsal studio. Gosh that place is just marvellous! It is as big as the stage downstairs - I think they want to give performers a simulation of the actual location when they finally do their show, especially those who are performing in the theatre or the concert hall. Behind us is this magnificently huge window that offers splendid view of the bay and the city skyline. Much better than the 4th floor rooftop viewing gallery. The rehearsal studio is located on the sixth.
To my pleasant surprise a Yamaha U5 is there. Yay I get to use the piano for three afternoons!
